I’m a local full-time professional real estate agent and I will make this process faster and easier for you! I make a commitment to all my clients that I will be straightforward and completely honest in my dealings with them, even if that means having to tell you something you may not want to hear.

Selling a home in this market requires commitment and focus from your agent, your brokerage and you the seller. It is truly a team effort and for my part, I will help you understand exactly what you need to do to be successful in selling your home.

I will visit your home, take notes, take reference pictures and then put together a detailed and honest assessment of your home’s current market value.

A successful real estate marketing plan involves many components. However, the price is the single most important factor in your marketing plan. No amount of marketing tricks will compensate for an overpriced listing.

Once we agree on the asking price, I will outline a customized marketing plan for your home, which will include high-quality photography and a compelling property description, and I will list the specific tools and assets that will be used to expose your home to the broadest possible marketplace.

I will communicate with you regularly throughout the process and follow up with feedback on all showings and changes occurring in the marketplace. You will not have to wonder what is happening with the marketing of your home.
