First Site Visit
On my first visit to your home or property, I will be looking to familiarize myself with the property in detail and I will take notes and reference photos in order to prepare a comparative market analysis (CMA). I will arrive with a detailed printout of your property’s public tax records for your files, as well as tax maps and aerial photos of the tax map if available for your review.
I will then do the required research to complete and evaluate your home’s market value based on comparative sales that have occurred in the past six months. I will also prepare a current competitive market analysis for your property by evaluating the properties currently on the market that are likely to compete with your property.
